Yesterday we attended a terrific summer food kick-off event, sponsored by Western Dairy Association and Denver Public Schools. Not only did the kids did the kids have a free lunch, they also had entertainment from Radio Disney, including dances and games that included nutrition and physical education themes.

After the event, DPS treated Hunger Free Colorado staff and Tandy, Sarah, and Cathy to a summer lunch. Thanks to DPS for inviting and feeding us!
