In-Person Food Services

Community Food Resources are community run sites that serve hot meals or provide a box of food at no cost to you, including food pantries, farmers markets, holiday meals, soup kitchens and older adult congregate meals.

Food Pantries

  • Food pantries are sites that offer free boxes of food or free groceries to community members at no cost.

Farmer’s Markets

  • Farmers Market is a physical retail marketplace intended to sell goods directly by farmers to consumers. Please note, they are not always free of charge. If using SNAP benefits at the Farmers Market, you could get up to $20 of free produce through Double Up Food Bucks.

Holiday Meals

  • Holiday meals are special meals offered to community members during the holidays, usually by food pantries or community organizations and often free of charge.

Soup Kitchen

Congregate Meals

  • Congregate meal sites serve meals in a group setting at locations such as senior centers, recreation centers, and churches. They are designed for adults over the age of 60.

The Food Resource Hotline connects Coloradans to needed food and nutrition resources. Our services are available to all Coloradans, regardless of legal status. All caller information is confidential. Messages left after-hours or on a weekend will be returned the next business day.
